The Abryanz Style & Fashion Awards (ASFAs) today delivered a breathtaking Honorary Gala at the Kampala Serena Hotel, transforming the city into the epicenter of African fashion, arts, and culture. Held under the theme “A Tribute to African Visionaries Shaping the Future of African Fashion, Arts & Culture,” the gala brought together designers, performers, industry leaders, and style icons for an unforgettable night of excellence.

The evening kicked off with electrifying red carpet action, as celebrities, designers, influencers, and industry tastemakers arrived in show-stopping looks that set social media ablaze and signaled the start of a truly iconic night. From bold couture statements to timeless elegance, the red carpet delivered countless wow moments, capturing the spirit of African luxury and creativity.

Inside the ballroom, the ASFAs Honorary Gala raised the bar with world-class production (as championed by Fenon Events;) immersive storytelling, and an atmosphere of pure glamour, reaffirming its position as Africa’s premier fashion and culture event.

A historic highlight of the night was the debut of the first-ever ASFA Half-Time Show — a fully staged musical spectacle that fused international and local performances into a cinematic experience, earning standing ovations and elevating the gala to global entertainment standards.

Electrifying Performances & Runway Excellence

Guests were treated to unforgettable performances from Elijah Kitaka, Kevin Kade, Tyra, Rickman, Karole Kasita, Vinka, and Warafiki, each delivering specially curated sets that lit up the night and kept the audience on their feet.

On the runway, Africa’s finest designers — Ras Kasozi, David Tlale, Sheba Kasami of SKP, and Brian Ahumuza (Abryanz) — unveiled bold collections that blended heritage, innovation, and contemporary luxury. A defining moment of the evening was Brian Ahumuza’s first-ever runway collection, marking a powerful milestone for the ASFAs founder and drawing resounding applause from the audience.
